Under-Floor TWC Removal and Installation

Special Tools Required

1.Vehicle Lift

1- Raise the vehicle on a lift, and make sure it is securely supported- 2.Front Floor Undercover

1- Remove the bolts (A) and the clips (B, C) securing the front floor undercover (D), then remove the front floor undercover- 3.Secondary HO2S

1- Remove the secondary HO2S (A)- 4.Under-Floor TWC

1- Remove the under-floor TWC (A)-

1.Under-Floor TWC

1- Install the under-floor TWC (A) with new gaskets (B)- 2.Secondary HO2S

1- Install the secondary HO2S (A)- 3.Front Floor Undercover

1- Install the front floor undercover (A), then install the bolts (B) and the clips (C, D). Make sure the clips snap into place securely.
